Still, the Alemayehu Daniel farm produces 1% of the most quality, favorable, complex coffees that World Earth can create. This farm won many awards in the last few years for the top-notch coffees; Daniel produces, including the Operation Red Cherry auction in 2018.

The Diaz family is a fantastic group of people planting and harvesting incredible coffees in El Salvador; Jose Efrain is the family's father with over 30 years in coffee-producing. The specific variety Pacamara or as it's nicknamed the Elephant Bean, it's a not-so-common coffee bean. The right roasting gives a unique profile, making it suitable for Filter coffees such as Chemex, V60, Aeropress, French Press, or Espresso.
