La Pastora is a charming neighborhood located on the hills that overlook San Marcos. This small community is famous for producing some of the best coffee in the world - the Tarrazu coffee. As a result, almost all of the coffee is harvested manually by skilled workers who carefully select the ripest coffee cherries.
