Finding rare coffees is like trying to find the lost city of Atlantis.
We want you to know exactly what you’re buying—especially when it comes to coffee beans. From the plant to the final roast, we’re fully transparent. You’ll know where the crop comes from, which region, which farm, and even the names of the farmers. These farmers aren’t just suppliers. They are partners we know and respect. Fair pay matters to us because most of the work is done by them, yet they earn the smallest share in the coffee chain.
Trends don’t guide us. Our coffee beans are chosen based on flavor, quality, and ethics. High-acidity coffees aren’t our style. We prefer beans that are naturally sweet and balanced. The best ones reveal tasting notes like fruits, herbs, or spices. When coffee tastes earthy or leathery, that usually means lower quality—so we pass.
Flavor is only part of the story. Great coffee begins with how it’s grown. Many of our partner farmers use traditional, natural methods. They work in harmony with the environment, often applying compost and plant-based sprays to nourish and protect their trees. These time-honored practices lead to healthier harvests and more flavorful coffee beans.
But sourcing is just the beginning. Before we purchase any new crop, we take samples first. In our lab, we test them using scientific tools. Moisture, density, and total dissolved solids are carefully measured. Then we roast and taste. Our master roaster and certified Q Grader evaluate every sample by strict specialty coffee standards.
Behind every cup of our coffee lies hours of work, passion, and precision. From farm to roast, every step is intentional. What ends up in your cup is the result of that care.

We search the world to find the most exceptional coffee beans. In some of the most stunning places on Earth, rare and special coffees grow. These beans make up just 1–2% of the global harvest. Hidden among banana trees or tall forest plants, they grow wild and untouched. The flavor and quality of these rare coffee beans are unmatched. Discovering them feels like finding a miracle.
But sometimes, miracles do happen.
In early 2022, we met a remarkable farmer named Dario Heliberto Gonzalez. He lives with his wife and three sons in a remote and difficult area. Life there is challenging, especially for outsiders. Still, Dario chooses to stay. His farm produces some of the world’s most unique coffee beans, which he places in global auctions at premium prices.
When we heard about the auction, we didn’t hesitate. Our team traveled there and stood beside 55 other roasters from around the world. Everyone hoped to win Dario’s coffee. The bidding was intense, fast, and competitive. In the end, we were fortunate enough to win the entire lot.
Today, those same coffee beans are roasted and offered to you—proudly and with deep respect.
