Everything important before payment: processing days, available delivery methods, fresh coffee handling, tracking and who to contact if something needs attention.

Order processing

Orders are processed on working days. If an order is placed on a weekend, the order will be processed for shipping on Monday. If an order is placed on a public holiday, the order will be processed on the next available working day.

Delivery choices

Available delivery and collection options are shown during checkout before payment. Costs and zones are calculated from the delivery address and the available methods in the cart or checkout.
