Basic terms for placing online orders with Rich Coffee Roasters.
Orders and payment
Orders are placed through the online checkout. Prices, taxes, delivery options and payment methods are shown before the order is completed.
An order confirmation means we received your order. If a product is unavailable or an order detail needs clarification, the team may contact you before dispatch.
Product information
We work to keep product names, images, weights, grind choices, prices and availability accurate. Coffee descriptions are provided to help selection, but taste can vary by brewing method, recipe and equipment.
Please select the correct weight and coffee type before checkout.
Delivery and returns
Delivery options and costs are shown during checkout. Orders placed on weekends are processed for shipping on Monday, and orders placed on public holidays are processed on the next available working day.
